The AST AK-1/ACR ResQfix PLB Mini-Backpack is loaded with enough supplies to help you survive for a week, but don't set up camp yet. Once the ACR ResQfix 406 PLB is activated, you should see rescue resources heading your way within hours. The AST AK-1/PLB Backpack fits nicely on the back of aircraft seats for quick and easy retrieval (picture below is a Cessna 150 seat).

Because of mailing restrictions, I am not able to place pyrotechnic flares in my kits. However, if you can give me your point of departure, I can have the pyro shipped by a supplier w/ hazmat certification or I can help you locate a local store that sells the flares required by the Alaska Statute.
