I don't just sell liferafts, I know them! I don't expect any of my customers to purchase a life-raft without knowing all the details of that liferaft. When you call, you will talk to me. Some important details to know about your liferaft: When you pull on the inflation lanyard, expect anywhere from 30 to 50 feet of lanyard to come out before the liferaft inflates. This line also acts as your painter (attachment) line. You should consider an insulated floor if the water temperature in your area is less than 75(F) degrees. The liferaft drift rate and stability is determined by the type and size of the ballast bags and the sea drogue placement. If possible, deploy your liferaft on the downwind side of your vessel. This prevents the liferaft from coming into contact with sharp edges associated with ditched aircraft. Purchasing a vacuum packed liferaft can save you up to $4000.00 over a twelve year period on re-certification charges. Randy,  The raft, PLB, and over water survival pouch all arrived and look great.
