Unusually good customer service, and from an expert as well. The AST pack is great, small, but containing all the things I hope I don't need. I spent much time trying to figure out he best way to decide on and configure survival gear. You were a great help in bringing the process to conclusion. Good kit! Randy is right in saying "what you have on you is what you will have with you". We have but only one life and we must be prepared for mechanical problems over water. My military training has taught me that training and equipment certainly helps the odds.
Randy's kit is always with me because ATC frequently routes us over water farther than gliding distance.
